About MT Kenya Heroes House

Our Story, Mission, and Commitment to Mental Wellness

Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To provide accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health support to individuals and families in our community. We empower people to achieve wellness, resilience, and quality of life through professional counseling, peer support, and community connection.

Our Vision

A world where mental health is recognized as essential to overall well-being, where everyone has access to support without stigma, and where communities come together to foster healing and growth for all.

Our Story

MT Kenya Heroes House was founded on the belief that mental health support should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our name represents the strength and resilience of those who seek help and climb mountains of personal growth.

Beginning as a small community initiative, our program has grown to serve hundreds of individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health challenges. Our team of dedicated professionals and volunteers work tirelessly to create a safe, non-judgmental space where healing can happen.
